Trade ministers from 16 Asia-Pacific countries, including Japan, China and ASEAN members, are meeting in Cambodia for negotiations on the proposed Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, or RCEP.
The ministerial meeting started on Saturday in the city of Siem Reap.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said before the meeting that negotiations may be difficult, but he expects the participating countries will greatly benefit from multilateral trade.
